Whistleblower scheme

    At MASCOT, we are committed to responsible and proper business practices, where integrity, respect, and adherence to regulations are fundamental principles.

    The whistleblower scheme has been established to provide the opportunity to report serious matters in a secure and confidential manner.

    Who can report?

    The scheme can be used by current and former employees as well as by persons with a professional relationship to MASCOT, including customers, suppliers, and business partners.

    What can be reported?

    The scheme covers serious matters that may constitute violations of applicable legislation, internal guidelines, or fundamental ethical standards.

    This may for example include:

    • Financial crime, including fraud, bribery, and corruption
    • Violation of legislation or regulatory requirements
    • Serious breaches of internal policies and procedures
    • Gross matters concerning the working environment, harassment, discrimination, or safety.

    Processing of reports

    All reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable legislation, including rules on the protection of whistleblowers.

    Protection of whistleblowers

    Individuals who report in good faith are protected against any form of retaliation. This also applies to individuals who assist in connection with a report.
